Benedict Oduor is a Senior Partner at T.M.M & Partners Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, leading the firm’s Social Justice, Tax, and Conveyancing practice areas alongside its ESG and regulatory strategy work. He advises clients on regulatory compliance, government approval processes, and sector-specific obligations, and leads the firm’s legal research and policy briefs on emerging areas including Web3, AI governance, and public procurement. Benedict coordinates the firm’s Legal Aid workplans with institutional partners and drives its climate action and sustainable development advocacy. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Association of AML Professionals in Kenya (AAPK), leading advocacy on AML/CFT compliance standards for designated non-financial businesses and professions. He also serves as Legal Director at Latewa International, managing multi-stakeholder, donor-funded programmes across legal compliance and regulatory engagement. Benedict is included on the local attorney referral lists maintained by the United States Embassy and the British High Commission in Nairobi, and is available to assist UK and US nationals with legal matters in Kenya.
