Marvin is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a legal amenability specialist. He holds a
Bachelor of Laws Degree from The University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya
School of Law.

He is currently pursuing a Master in Environmental Law at the University of Nairobi.
Before his admission, he served as a law pupil at the firm of Professor Albert Mumma & Company
advocates.He joined civil service at Busia County Assembly as a legal compliance officer.

He has specialized in the areas of environmental, social and governance, legal audits, legislative
drafting, constitutional law, criminal litigation, transaction advisory, risk evaluation and
mitigation, negotiation, public sector reform and privatization.

Marvin has used his negotiation and drafting skills to address the needs of every client, with well
customized legal solu-
tions.
