Benedict Oduor is a Senior Partner at TMM Advocates and an internationally recognized member of the Board at Latewa International NGO.
He leads the Social Justice Department at TMM Advocates and having acquired distinguished honours from the Universi- ty of Nairobi School of Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He plays an integral role at TMM where he has successfully organized Legal Aid clinics and
Environment geared advoca- cies to advance sustainable waste management in regards to river
regeneration for the marginalized and special groups in urban informal settlements in collaboration with TARDA, KFS, Nairobi Rivers Commission, Nairobi County and notable facul- ties of law from UON, Strathmore Law Clinic, Daystar, Moi Kabarak, CUEA and the Kenya School of Law.

He is currently building and implementing scalable solutions on 5 key thematic areas cutting across Waste management in regards to river regeneration, Climate Action & Justice Policy, Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights, WASH and Disability Inclusion through joint resource mobilization and strategic partnerships that promote sustainable development.
