Robert Muoka is a Senior Partner at T.M.M & Partners Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, leading the firm’s Blockchain & Corporate department with a practice focused on fintech law, virtual asset regulation, intellectual property, and corporate advisory. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Virtual Assets Association of Kenya (VAAK), representing industry interests in ongoing engagements with the National Treasury, the Central Bank of Kenya, and the Capital Markets Authority on Kenya’s emerging Virtual Asset Service Providers regulatory framework. Robert also sits on the Board of the Association of Fintechs in Kenya (AFIK) as Virtual Assets Advisor, is a member of the Law Society of Kenya’s ICT and Intellectual Property Committee, and chairs its Blockchain Sub-Committee at the LSK Nairobi Branch. He is the founder of My Shamba Digital, a proptech venture applying blockchain technology to land registry and real estate transactions. Robert is included on the local attorney referral lists maintained by the United States Embassy and the British High Commission in Nairobi, and is available to assist UK and US nationals with legal matters in Kenya.
